STAY IN THE BITE.

These Subscription Terms apply whenever you enroll in a recurring purchase, subscription, auto-renewal plan, or continuous-service offer from Great Bite Supplements.

By enrolling, you agree to these Subscription Terms together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any subscription terms shown to you before checkout.

Your subscription will continue and renew automatically at the frequency you selected until you cancel it or Great Bite terminates the subscription.

By subscribing, you authorize Great Bite Supplements and our payment providers to charge your selected payment method for each recurring order at the price and frequency disclosed when you enroll, plus applicable taxes, shipping, and other disclosed charges.

Before activating an automatic-renewal or continuous-service subscription, we will present the material subscription terms clearly and request your affirmative consent as required by applicable law.

Those terms may include the product, recurring price, billing frequency, renewal structure, cancellation policy, minimum purchase obligation if any, and information about how to cancel.

Your recurring billing frequency is the frequency you select when subscribing, such as every 30 days, monthly, or another interval displayed at checkout.

Actual processing dates may vary slightly because of weekends, holidays, payment-processing timing, inventory timing, or other operational circumstances.

Unless otherwise disclosed, you will be charged for each recurring shipment at the subscription price then applicable to your plan, together with applicable taxes, shipping, and disclosed fees.

You are responsible for keeping your billing information current and ensuring your payment method can accept recurring charges.

Where available, you may manage your subscription through the customer subscription portal linked from your account, subscription emails, or other subscription-management tools provided by Great Bite or our subscription provider.

Available controls may include changing your next order date, skipping an order, updating products, changing quantity, updating payment information, changing your shipping address, or canceling your subscription.

You may cancel an active subscription using the cancellation method made available through your subscription portal or by contacting us at contact@greatbitesupps.info.

Where required by applicable law, customers will be offered a cancellation method through the same medium used to enroll or another legally compliant, straightforward cancellation method.

Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel an order that has already renewed, been charged, entered fulfillment, or shipped.

To avoid a future recurring charge, cancel your subscription before the applicable renewal is processed.

If you submit a cancellation request on the same day a renewal is scheduled, the renewal may already have been processed. If that occurs, the resulting order will be handled under our applicable Refund and Shipping Policies and any rights provided by law.

We will provide renewal notices, trial or promotional-expiration notices, annual reminders, or other subscription communications when required by applicable law.

Required notices may identify the subscribed product, amount or range of recurring charges, billing frequency, renewal timing, and instructions for cancellation.

If a subscription includes a free trial, discounted introductory period, or promotional subscription price, the duration of that offer and the price that applies afterward will be disclosed before enrollment.

Unless you cancel before the applicable deadline, the subscription may convert to the recurring price disclosed at enrollment.

We will provide advance notice before qualifying free or discounted periods expire where required by law.

Subscription pricing may change where permitted by law.

If the recurring price for an existing subscription changes, Great Bite will provide any advance notice, disclosure, or consent required by applicable law before the new price takes effect.

If you do not agree with a future price, you may cancel the subscription before the applicable change becomes effective.

If a recurring payment fails, Great Bite or our payment provider may attempt to process the payment again, request updated payment information, or temporarily pause or cancel the subscription.

You remain responsible for valid charges incurred before cancellation or termination of the subscription.

If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, we may delay the recurring order, skip the affected shipment, cancel the affected order, pause the subscription, or contact you regarding available options.

We will not intentionally substitute a materially different product into your recurring order without appropriate disclosure or authorization.

Product packaging, formulation, serving information, or availability may change over time. Always review the physical label of the product you receive before use.

If a material change affects the nature of a subscription or requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it before implementing the change where required.

You are responsible for maintaining an accurate shipping address for your subscription.

Address changes should be submitted before the next recurring order is processed. Updating an address after an order has already entered fulfillment may not redirect that shipment.

Recurring shipments are also subject to our current Shipping Policy.

Subscription purchases are subject to the same product-safety, return, and refund rules that apply to other Great Bite purchases unless a subscription-specific offer expressly states otherwise.

Because Great Bite sells consumable products, certain opened, used, fulfilled, or shipped products may not be returnable. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Cancellation of a subscription prevents future renewals but does not itself guarantee a refund for a recurring order that has already been processed.

If you believe a subscription charge is incorrect or unauthorized, contact us promptly at contact@greatbitesupps.info.

You agree not to knowingly submit false information in connection with a chargeback, fraud claim, payment dispute, refund request, or cancellation claim. We may provide relevant subscription, consent, transaction, delivery, and communication records to payment processors or financial institutions when reasonably necessary to respond to a dispute.

Canceling a subscription only stops future subscription renewals. It does not necessarily delete your Great Bite customer account, erase prior transaction records, or opt you out of marketing communications.

You may manage marketing preferences separately and may submit applicable privacy requests under our Privacy Policy.

Great Bite may pause, suspend, or cancel a subscription when reasonably necessary because of product discontinuation, inventory shortages, fraud concerns, payment failures, legal requirements, policy abuse, or other legitimate business reasons.

If we cancel a subscription, you will not be charged for future subscription orders after cancellation, except for amounts already validly incurred.

We may update these Subscription Terms to reflect changes in our subscription program, technology, service providers, business practices, or legal requirements.

When required by law, we will provide advance notice of material changes and obtain any required consent before those changes apply to an existing subscription.

For California customers, Great Bite intends to administer automatic-renewal and continuous-service subscriptions in accordance with California’s Automatic Renewal Law as applicable.

This includes clear disclosure of material subscription terms before enrollment, affirmative consent, legally compliant cancellation options, and required renewal, promotional, annual, and price-change notices where applicable.

Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits rights that California law does not permit a consumer to waive.
