At Great Bite Supplements, we’re dedicated to delivering not only premium gummy supplements — including gummies for sleeping, protein gummies, and vitamins for brain health — but also a top-tier customer experience. If something’s off with your order, we’re here to make it right — within reason and in line with industry standards.

Non-returnable items

Due to the consumable and hygienic nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used items. Even unopened products are considered final sale once shipped, as we cannot guarantee their safety once they’ve left our facility.

For safety reasons and quality control, refunds will not be issued without clear and valid documentation of an issue.

Shipping & address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Orders sent to the wrong address due to customer error are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.

To resolve the issue quickly, include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refund eligibility

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing times.

Subscription terms

If you’re subscribed to one of our products, please note that cancellations made on the same day as a renewal may still be processed. We do not issue refunds for subscriptions that are canceled after renewal has already occurred.
